Conflict Check (Full - Entity Mapping)

Full new-matter conflict check with entity-relationship mapping.

See it run - a worked example, 100% in this browser tab

What it is

Full new-matter conflict check with entity-relationship mapping. Beyond name matching, it models corporate families (parent / subsidiary / affiliate chains) and adverse-party chains across your matters, then for each new party traverses the graph to find direct name matches, corporate-family relationships (a new adverse party that is a subsidiary of an existing client), and adverse-chain hits across matters - each reported with the exact relationship PATH that triggered it, under ABA Model Rules 1.7 / 1.9 / 1.10. Exact, deterministic graph reachability, entirely in-browser: nothing leaves the page, and the graph accrues locally across sessions. Automated mapping sees only what you enter - it misses undisclosed beneficial owners and informal relationships, so a clear result is NOT a clearance. Research aid, not legal advice.

Honest scope

Deterministic and citation-backed: every figure is exact arithmetic or a cited rule. Any year- or jurisdiction-indexed value is a confirmable input, never an eternal hardcode. This is a computation tool, not professional (legal, tax, medical, or financial) advice - confirm against the controlling authority for your context.
