Deterministic, in-browser tracker for state-level K-12 student cell-phone and personal-device law. A US tile-grid map colors all 50 states at once by governing instrument (statute, state board rule, executive order, guidance, or none) or by reach, and every state links straight to its governing law at the primary .gov source; drill into any state for how far the restriction actually reaches (full-day, instructional time, policy mandate only), mandatory versus merely permitted exceptions, effective and sunset dates, the official citation, and the date we verified it. Export the whole dated snapshot as JSON or CSV, or download a self-contained HTML widget to embed in your own app, with a subscription for refreshed, re-verified data. Computes in-force status and verification staleness for any as-of date. No API, no key, no network, no AI. Research aid, not legal advice.
Open it inside GDBS to save runs to Sandbox, attach results to a Worklog case, or share through a Gate client portal - all in the browser, nothing uploaded to anyone’s cloud.
