What it is

Multi-variable, multi-scenario settlement distribution modeler for a plaintiff class or mass action. Paste a batch of scenarios (CSV or a JSON array): gross settlement, a flat contingency percentage OR a declining/tiered fee schedule, advanced costs, liens, and either a plaintiff count or an allocation tier structure (a lead plaintiff and claim groups receiving different shares). For each scenario it computes the attorney fee, costs, liens, NET to the plaintiff class, net PER plaintiff (or per tier), and net to the firm, then builds a comparison matrix across scenarios and flags which one maximizes net-to-class versus net-to-firm. Money is exact integer cents; the contingency rate is the one real-valued input and its rounding is BigInt cross-checked (a PRECISE verdict). A modeling aid only - fee reasonableness (ABA Model Rule 1.5) and aggregate-settlement allocation (Rule 1.8(g)) are matter-specific, ethically constrained, and not decided here. In-browser, no data leaves the page. Not legal advice.

Honest scope

Deterministic and citation-backed: every figure is exact arithmetic or a cited rule. Any year- or jurisdiction-indexed value is a confirmable input, never an eternal hardcode. This is a computation tool, not professional (legal, tax, medical, or financial) advice - confirm against the controlling authority for your context.
