Multi-state child support and temporary spousal-support worksheets.

What it is
Multi-state child support and temporary spousal-support worksheets. Runs the generic INCOME-SHARES model (combined income, proration by income share, health and childcare add-ons, imputation) and the citeable PERCENTAGE-OF-OBLIGOR model (Wisconsin standard, Wis. Admin. Code DCF 150.03), plus a local temporary-alimony guideline estimate. It computes a state-specific guideline only where the schedule is embedded and cited; otherwise it produces a generic income-shares ESTIMATE and says so loudly, naming the state model. Proration is cross-checked for self-consistency. Every guideline result is a rebuttable presumption; imputation and deviations are judicial. In-browser, no data leaves the page. Research aid, not legal advice.
Honest scope
Deterministic and citation-backed: every figure is exact arithmetic or a cited rule. Any year- or jurisdiction-indexed value is a confirmable input, never an eternal hardcode. This is a computation tool, not professional (legal, tax, medical, or financial) advice - confirm against the controlling authority for your context.
Authorities cited
Income Shares Model - developed for the National Center for State Courts and adopted by most states; see NCSL, Child Support Guideline Models. https://www.ncsl.org/human-services/child-support-guideline-models
45 C.F.R. section 302.56 - state guidelines create a REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION of the correct support amount. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-45/subtitle-B/chapter-III/part-302/section-302.56
Cal. Fam. Code section 4320 - factors for long-term spousal support (judicial, no formula); temporary support commonly uses a local county guideline formula.
