Your data is yours. Worklog templates, forms, checklists and cases are stored in our own GDBS engine. Fields you mark sealed are encrypted to you - and to the teammates/roles you explicitly share a case with - so we cannot read them; that content is yours alone. To make the queue, routing and reminders work, routing details you mark routable (titles, stage, priority, assignee, dates) are stored server-readable - keep anything private in a sealed field. We never sell your data and we do not use your worklog content for anything but running the service for you. If served a valid, lawful law-enforcement request we will comply with what the law requires - which for sealed content is only the encrypted bytes we cannot decrypt.
